At this time, Farmington Soap Works ships merchandise to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico or to any other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax
Farmington Soap Works collects Michigan sales tax (6%) for all merchandise shipped to Michigan addresses.

Payment of any and all applicable Sales and Use taxes for shipments to all other addresses are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Return Policy
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout. All returns require a Return Authorization. Please use the Contact Us form to request Return Authorization. Returns not accompanied by an RMA# will be refused.
